Build STR Wealth - For Short Term Rental Owners Who Want To Grow

POST IN FB GROUPS - STEPS:

1. Get your listing content gathered in an easy place to grab on your phone
2. Join “wealthiest counties buy-sell-trade groups” on FB
3. Click “sell’ and drop in titles and images and link to direct booking site
4. Then it will ask “do you want to list in other groups?” YES! and pick up to 10 more groups
   1. i.e. 10 groups in Nashville
5. Repeat for each city / demographic
6. THEN post into FB marketplace
7. THEN repeat in your next city demographic but with a NEW TITLE so you aren’t flagged by FB
8. RELIST up to 3 times in those groups before you need to repost

HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT GROUPS FOR YOUR STR

• look at past guests and see where they are from
• include your warm network - fb groups near where you live and interact so it won't feel like you are "fishing out of your pond"
• do some chatgpt kind of research to see if you can draw any conclusions about where people are traveling from to visit your STR’s area
• target the wealthier counties / vicinities that are more likely to spend money on travel
